Important Customer Notice Regarding Gas Installations

As from the 1st April 09 CORGI will no longer be in charge of registered gas installers .The HSE (Health and Safety Executive) have decided to give this authority to Capita who will trade as Gas Safety Register

Only gas engineers registered with Gas Safety Register will be legally allowed to work on gas.

Just to complicate matters corgi will still be trading as an organisation to offer technical advice to gas installers. A person may say he is corgi registered but this does not mean he is legally allowed to work on gas.

ONLY REGISTRATION WITH GAS SAFETY REGISTER IS ACCEPTABLE TO WORK ON GAS
